Concert Information
Concerts begin at 8 PM and last approximately an hour and a half. The 2011 Season begins on July 1st and runs every Friday Night through September 2rd. Though it “Never Rains” on Summer Friday Nights in Chatham, concerts may be cancelled due to inclement weather .
Chatham Band Friday Night Concerts are held at Kate Gould Park just behind The Wayside Inn
(512 Main Street).
Parking can be tricky in Chatham especially on Friday nights. The Chatham Police Department encourages everyone to arrive early. The public is reminded that they can utilize the Town Parking Lots located at the rear of the
Chatham Squire Restaurant (487 Main Street), Chatham Town Hall (549 Main Street) and the CVS building (637 Main Street). On Street Parking is limited. 
Additionally, some traffic restrictions and extra parking go into effect on Band Concert Nights. Chatham Bars Avenue becomes One Way, with traffic routed from Main Street to Shore Road. Bay Lane becomes One Way, with traffic routed from Chatham Bars Avenue to Shore Road. The above road changes go into effect at 5 PM and last until the event is over.
Street Parking is allowed on Chatham Bars Avenue after #’s 45 and 52 (see map). Note: Green indicates “No Parking” Area.
Police Traffic Detail Officers arrive on post at 6:15 PM.
Public Parking is also allowed in the Town Parking Lot adjacent to The Impudent Oyster (15 Chatham Bars Avenue). This lot is reserved for Band Concert Parking Only and has Limited Handicap Parking.
What time does the Concert start? 8pm.
What time does it end? Concerts run about 1.5 hours.
Is there an admission fee? No, the concerts are FREE.

Do you sell food? There are no vendors within the park itself, but look for food (and of course balloon) vendors just outside the park or visit one of Chatham's many wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops, pizza parlors and cafes, all in the immediate vicinity.
Can we bring a picnic dinner? Yes, please do! We ask that you please clean up your area when you leave.
